​Admission to EastSide Charter is open to any student who is a Delaware resident.

Applications for the 2024-25 school year for grades K-8 will be available starting November 6th. Applications received during the School Choice window of November 6th – January 10th will be entered into a lottery for all grades.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis AFTER THE CHOICE WINDOW HAS CLOSED. You can apply online or come into our main office to complete an application.​

Returning family please complete an intent to return form. This can be done online or by returning the form to the office.

1. Proof of student's age

2. Proof of completed lead test for all applicants five or younger

3. Updated Immunization (2 varicella shots)

4. Two forms of Proof of Residency (one lease/mortgage statement and one utility bill, or two utility bills)

5. Parent/Guardian Photo ID

6. Custody Documentation (if applicable)

Parents/guardians residing with a friend or relative must submit a notarized letter, signed by the person they are residing with, attesting to their residency, and that of the potential student (we have a notary on site). They must also provide a copy of the utility bill of the person they are residing with to attest to the residence address.

To design the proper support to assist your child, accepted applicants must submit the following:

1. Copy of Smarter Balanced Scores

2. Copy of Last Report Card

3. Copy of Child's I.E.P. (if applicable)
