Throughout the year we host prospective teacher open houses where we welcome interested candidates. Our application process is extensive to ensure we hire the absolute best. Candidates can expect the following steps:

• Complete pre-interview questions

• Phone interview

• An in-person interview which includes:

  • School tour

  • Model lesson

  • On-demand writing assignment

  • Group interview with teachers and students

  • Formal interview with principal and assistant principal

• Reference check
